1 month pp, need exercise advice
Pre-pregnancy: I am 5’2’’ btw

One month pp:
128 pounds
At 41 weeks, I was 150 so I am feeling good about where I am but I have hit a plateau with losing weight. I go to my 6 week appointment soon and will be able to work out. Tips on what helped you? What exercises and even nutrition worked? I am walking daily with my daughter!
I am breastfeeding and eat peanut butter,flax seed, chia seed oatmeal with strawberries and yogurt every morning. Is that too much food?
Any advice would be super helpful!
