I’m finally pregnant!!

After well over 9 months of trying after an early miscarriage I’m pregnant! I’m freaking myself out, I’m having some mild-moderate cramping in my left side, is that normal??? I’ve been extremely nauseated, but I’m only 4 weeks!

I got a positive on a digitally at 3w 4days, is that a sign of twins??! I didn’t get a positive until 5w5days with my last pregnancy and miscarried at 6w5days..

UGHHH, I’m so paranoid😭
