my TOP lip was itching in the car and when i got home i checked it and found this on my BOTTOM lip

i think it could be herpes or maybe just a cut but i need more opinions so please help!!

update: it completely went away the next day and it hasn’t come back it felt itchy and i also felt some tingling days after but there was nothing visible there

I’m still gonna go get checked soon
