When did your period come back after a late-term miscarriage?

I got a D&C done on 8/10/19 when I lost my baby at 16 weeks. I'm down to just very light intermittent spotting now and wondering when I'll get my period back. My HCG levels when I miscarried were 86,095. Anyone have a similar experience that can share when you essentially "normalized" after a late-term miscarriage? I have a feeling it's going to take a long time for my body to readjust but we want to TTC again and I'll have an appointment with a RE within the next couple of months.
