IUD and breast milk

So I am currently 7 weeks postpartum and at my 6 week OB appointment we spoke about birth control. I’ve been on the pill practically my whole life and I want to go back on birth control because I do not want to get pregnant again any time soon but I feel like with taking care of a newborn I will never remember to take the pill everyday. My OB spoke to me about the IUD liletta. Has anyone ever gotten this and if so does it effect your milk supply? I am breastfeeding and I’ve read some articles that it’s completely depleted some girls supplies. Need some advice and experiences. Thanks!!
