Who’s from the UK and can give me some nice dinner recipes ? 😀

Last night I made a lentil and veg cottage pie.
It's 1 leek, 1 medium onion, 1 large carrot, 1 stick of celery. Dice them all finely, and fry in oil until soft. Add 500ml veg stock, 100g red split lentils, 100g frozen peas and cook all together for 10-15 minutes. Add a tablespoon of tomato puree and then lay it in an oven dish. Grate 2 sweet potatoes on top, and a sprinkle of cheddar, and oven for 10 minutes.
It was delicious!
