Advice?
I am a very skinny girl (90 lbs at 5’3”) and I am looking to gain weight. Wherever I look, it says to work out. I do have an interest in exercising anyway. But, Isn’t that just going to make me lose weight? What kind of food should I be eating to gain weight / what kind of workouts should I do?
