What would you do?

My friend has been in the hospital for about two weeks due to Fournier's gangrene. She has hardly seen her son, and family because she was at a hospital about 3 hours away.

Well, her “fiancé” is a real piece of work let me tell you. He can’t keep a job, calls her fat (she’s diabetic and she isn’t fat either), when he finally gets a job he leaves her for someone else until he quits his job. He’s had 5 different jobs within the last few months. His stepmom even asked the manager why he got fired from McDonald’s and they said he didn’t get fired he just quit. He told them he got fired. My friend paid for his divorce. She spends all her money and food stamps on him. He won’t even add her on Facebook and has that he is single. Yet she still thinks they are getting married and calls him her husband. Well, she got them a place to live (he was living in a shelter previously) and within the last two weeks while she was in the hospital, in HER home that she bought, he quit his job, and then someone sent my mom this message

He doesn’t even help take care of their kid. Her dad has been watching the kid.

It’s been bothering me. She has done so much for this guy and he still keeps hurting her. I don’t think she even knows this time.

I haven’t said anything to her. I feel bad about that, but I’d feel bad either way. What would you do? Leave it alone? Tell her?

I’m not saying she’s a saint, she’s got a history too. She’s slept with a guy I dated back in high school. (He was trash anyway and I forgave her for it because he was manipulative) Then she cheated on her first husband multiple times and basically bragged to me about it. I stopped talking to her for a while after that. But I just think it’s awful that her current partner is doing her that way. She could have died.
