How early can you feel your baby move?

I am 9 weeks and 1 day today. And I feel I little floating like movement. At first I didn’t think much of it. And then I thought maybe it’s gas. But then I felt it again. I’ve been on a emotional roller coaster today. And it’s still floating. Wondering if it’s the baby or is it just in my mind.

Small flutters happen around 14-16 weeks and most people don’t really feel the baby until 18-20plus weeks 
The baby is really really small and his or her arms and legs arent even long yet.

Welp just spoke to my nurse she called to confirm an up coming appointment I have. And I asked her and she said it is possible. It’s not the baby herself (praying it’s a girl i already have 2 boys) because the brain isn’t connected to send signals as yet but shocks can make the baby flutter and you sometimes can feel it... thanks for all the comments
