What to do
I am 20 weeks today and at my 16 week appointment I had gained 7lbs. I can just tell by my body I’ve probably doubled that since. I have always been on the heavier side but I maintained my weight of 206. My diet hasn’t changed and I’m worried the dr will say something about it at my anatomy scan 🙈. What can I do to prevent this amount of weight gain without cutting calories and doing intense workouts
