I’m in pain A LOT I have connective tissue diseases and was looking into getting some sort of cbd oil or something? Does anyone else use cbd what are recommendations for pain and anxiety?

I use a CBD vape pen for migraines and anxiety and it works great for me!

I use oil. I take it under my tongue every night before bed. It has given me my sleep back. I would toss and turn every night before I started taking the cbd oil. I'm also less anxious during the day and on bad days I'll take a dose in the morning or at lunch. The company I buy from also has pain salve for topical treatment for pain.

I use dragon balm on my joints when the pain gets really bad. My husband used something called flow after his motorcycle wreck.
