Do you get nervous at prenatal appointments even tho nothing is wrong ?

So I got nervous at mines and my blood pressure was a little high 😐 then I come home to check it and it’s normal

I get nervous about my blood pressure being high so then it ends up being higher than it normally is 😂

It’s called white coat syndrome... it happened to me once. My BP is always low and one time the doc said something to the nurse and I got super anxious and then they took my BP and it was high. Every time I go in, I do some deep breathing and walk in super slow and try and think of something super relaxing!

My bp is always higher at the doctors! Sometimes I do some yoga breathing in the waiting room and it is lower.

It was definitely worse before I could feel him moving... I’d have this thought that there wouldn’t be a heartbeat when I got there. Now that I feel him moving I don’t get as nervous but I do still get a little bit anxious about things going wrong.

In the beginning, I totally did. I just was shocked our IVF worked and was worried it wouldn't stick.
