Period like cramps at 30 weeks?

Im 30w4d and having period like cramps down low. It doesn't feel like braxton hicks to me because its more cramping than tightening. Its not really mild per say but definitely not severe either... is it just stretching?  Am I being paranoid?

I’ve been getting the same! I’m 31+1, I also drink so much water. Does yours seem to be at a certain time of day? Mines at night. 
I would say mine are heavier than mild period cramps but not unbearable.

It really depends person to person and you should speak to your dr about it just to be safe. In my case it ended up being pre term labor so always better to get checked out I’m still pregnant they stopped it but still.

Dehydration can cause that. I had this last week and called my doctor. She thought it was a UTI. Turns out I was just dehydrated. Please get some pedialites or Gatorade and hydrate. It helps a lot
