Information on donating eggs?

Question

Has anyone on this app donated their eggs before? Could you share your experience like pros and cons? How much you were paid and any other important information? I have a meeting with an agency tomorrow, but I want some other perspectives just in case the agency tries really hard to sell me on it.

So, I haven't donated eggs, but I did do ivf, which requires egg retrieval, just like that done for egg donation.  Personally, I felt fine during the process, and they retrieved 28 eggs.  It is A LOT to do with all the prep and meds, but it wasn't awful-just time consuming.  My clinic compensates donors with something like $6000.  
I will say this though, I wouldn't go through it a second time just to donate eggs.

I did it about 15 years ago...I had severe side effects- ohss after the retrieval...the clinic had to remove a liter of fluid from my abdomen. It was good money though.

It's harsh on your body to do. We werent meant to ovulate 10 eggs at once so the hormones to make it happen are harsh.
