My nephew

Ok to get started my husband has been the only father his nephew has know. So we are about to move to a new house, but my sister in law will be living with us. This is not the first time she has lived with us but now we are married and trying to have a baby. Her son has lived with us for the last 3-4 years. Right now he has been testing me I feel like he hates me but everyone said he is trying to see what side my husband will take. So I am a little hesitant about having a baby right now I have been with my husband for 5 years and married for a little over a year what should I do.
