Cramping at 11 weeks and 1 day

Hi all! I have been having cramps since I was about 4 weeks pregnant that feel like period cramps and I’m wondering if this is normal? I was told it’s okay at 6 weeks but I’m almost 12 weeks now and the cramps are still lingering 🤰🏼🤷🏼‍♀️
