Swaddling for naps?

Are you mama’s swaddling for naps? I swaddle baby at night but not for naps since he’s a month old and his naps are inconsistent...like he falls asleep when lever he’s in the car seat for walks or car rides or in his mamaroo. I didn’t swaddle with my first baby for naps, but he was an easy sleeper...this baby is a bit more difficult!

Yes even for naps my 8 wk old is swaddled else he will wake up.

My 9 week old loves to be swaddled. He’s pretty much in it 20 out of 24 hours.

We swaddle for naps & at night! The only time he can sleep without being swaddled is if he falls asleep in his car seat

We only swaddle at night. Swaddling knocks him out for several hours. It would be very unhealthy for him to do that during the day as he needs to eat more often then. I feel like he learnt very quickly what the difference is between day and night because of the lack of light, a routine but most of all, being swaddled very tightly then and not at any other time. During the day he does not sleep for very long, unless he is in his mobi wrap on my body, which to him must be a lot like being swaddled.

My LO is always swaddled when she sleeps/naps. She wont stay asleep for long periods of time if shes not swaddled.
