Has anyone had ovarian cysts early in their cycle while taking Letrozole/Femara?

I’m on day 5 of my cycle (3rd pill) and I think I have a cyst. I’ve had 2 in the past on the same ovary so the painful feeling is all too familiar.

I am scared to take tonight’s pill if I actually have a cyst, but feel like it’s very early for a cyst to form. Anyone else have something similar?
