Does this make sense to anyone?

I know it says no obvious cause for concern but the sonographer didn’t go through anything with me and I don’t understand what the measurements mean?

Everything is fine.
Basically they measured the baby's head (diameter etc), the long bones and they also estimated weight. If you look to the little lines to the right of the measurements you will see they represent the 5th to the 95th percentile. The dots are where your baby's measurements stand within these limits and you can see they are around the 50th or slightly above which is great.
The baby's cord has 3 vessels which is the norm and also your placenta measured and looked great.

In most clinics and hospitals, the sonographer isn’t allowed to tell you anything because they’re not the doctor. Looks like everything is healthy congratulations!!!
