35 weeks and 4 days pain and soreness down there
Hello everyone, this is maybe silly to ask but I’ve been having pain like I worked out 5 days straight between my legs like the thigh gap areas I feel as my whole entire bottom bones are in pain and sore. When sleeping or getting out of bed it like I’m going to die. Is this normal ? Should I do some squats? Or what can I do ? FTM please let with some tips
