No sperm in semen and no blockage we have been to infertility doctor and urologist. What to do next? We have done 2 semen Analysis both have 0 sperm.

Have they talked about surgical retrieval? Google PESA/TESE. We had the same, no blockage, did both of the above and unfortunately didn't get any sperm, but there was a 60% chance of getting some, so might be a possibility for you? good luck! 🤞 x

my husband and I are in the same boat. we made the decision to go with donor sperm. but I had him make that decision. I didn't pressure him into it. we have done 4 rounds of IUI with donor sperm with no success so we are now looking at IVF.

It will still be your baby. You've jumped through many hoops by now. Look yourself in the mirror and ask what is more important: Raising your child or preserving a strand of DNA?

Did they check to see if he has a vas deferens? My husband has 0 sperm in both semen analysis and they determined that he most likely was born without the vas deferens (the tube that Carries the sperm)
