Feeling stupid but did anyone else kinda have hurt feelings when there 18 mo favored your partner?

Idk why it hurts my feelings he won’t say momma but it’s dada all day long and he is affectionate with my husband and I just feel left out I guess even though I watch him all day it’s like I’m not doing something right... I think I’m just having a bad day.

No ma'am, I'm sure it's common, but I totally used that to my advantage and took a shower, went to go grocery shopping alone etc.

Both of my kids are totally mommas kids. My husband is an amazing super hands on dad but for some reason they are all mom. I was really hoping our second would be all about dad🤣 🙄

It does sorta hurt my feelings but I know it’s normal and good for them to bond, and my husband went through the same thing when our babies were newborns and preferred me.

My poor hubby sucked it up and took it when our firstborn, our son was always wanting me over him and called me first before his father. Now 3yrs, he loves his Daddy, but still loves cuddles, kisses, and hugs from his favorite and only lady, his mana ❤
Now we have a 9m daughter, and she has said Dada (doesn't bother me), but loves either of us holding her playing with her and let's either of us put her down for the night. We'll see how our #3 does...

My heart aches for the day that daddy will be the best and I'm no good anymore.
I'll have to remind myself of the heartbreak I'm feeling now, when it's only me who works. He is crushed every single time!
