Baby Acne?

I posted a picture of my baby the other day and everyone agreed it was baby acne. It is now extending onto her back, neck and chest. Is this still baby acne or something else? Thanks!

My doctor said my baby had heat rash which looks similar to your child.

My baby had the same thing when ahe was like 4 weeks. Dr said baby acne prescribed something but ins didnt cover it. It went away by itself.

Do you take baby on walks outside? 
My 8w old had really bad baby acne and one day i took her out on a long walk (it wasn’t very hot out, a bit overcast) and it seems to have cleared up the acne. Maybe its a coincidence but the walks do us both good and the acne is gone so win/win
