Conceiving After Miscarriage

Hi all -

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks & started miscarrying at 5 weeks. Today, my HCG levels still aren’t at 0. My HCG level is currently at 51 ( Sunday HCG level was 91). I have my miscarriage follow up appointment on Monday but I would like personal opinions. Do I consider the miscarriage bleeding a period? I have only been spotting the entire time. I only needed one light day pad the entire day. Also, how long after your miscarriage did you conceive? We are eager to start trying again right away.
