Have you ever had someone do or say something mean to you for no reason and later an unexpected opportunity comes around that allows you to show that person that 1. I'm the bigger person or 2. Be equally mean?

Don't assume it's petty, because we all respond differently to certain issues.

**A few people were saying they were confused by my question so I wanted to delete and repost to be sure I didn't confuse more people** I am asking, is it petty to waste time 1. Showing that person that you're the bigger person. Not willing to waste time and do them how they did you or 2. Be equally as mean and do what they did to you or worse.

I said don't assume it's petty (referring to option 2...because we call respond differently to certain issues.
