Pregnancy & yeast infection ...

I’m 3 months pregnant with my 4th child and I have a yeast infection. All of my previous pregnancies I’ve never had a yeast infection but everyone is telling me that yeast infections are very common in pregnancy. Has anybody experienced yeast infection during pregnancy? Is there a high chance in reoccurring yeast infections after this clears up? I’ve have pretty clean eating habits. I eat fruits, vegetables, grain, limited amount of dairy. I drink lots of water. Limited amounts of meat and sweets. This pregnancy is totally different than the test! I have zero craving for sweets and meats.
