Actively trying

I guess this is a little tmi, but I got extremely horny with my SO the other day during the peak of ovulation (according to glow but I know that isn’t always accurate) BUT it sounds about right due to my cycle. I’ve literally NEVER begged for sex as much as I was. It’s driving my SO crazy lol! Is this a sign of something happening? Ever since then we’ve been having sex everyday. Yesterday, I experience some intense cramping & I don’t usually have bad cramping at all! What could this be?
