Why am I having these thoughts?

Lately I have been having thoughts about women. I am married and we have a 2 year old son. Idk what is going on with me. The girls and I joke around a lot at work. Some are lesbian and some are bi. They always joke that they could have me if they wanted too. Idk if it’s just put the idea in my head so I’m thinking about it. But it really turns me on thinking about it.
