3 day light period?????

I am ttc and had two losses (June and July) back to back early on. This month we didn’t conceive and I had a period but it only lasted 3 days. First and last days were super light and middle day was regular flow...that seems kind of weirdly short.. I’m wondering if this means something and is related to why my pregnancies aren’t sticking. I’ll call dr tomorrow but also am seeking experiences here. Thank you! I’m 32 and had a mirena iud for 5 years after having my daughter- got it out in April.
