FTM and sick

So I currently am not feeling the best. I had some major sinus pressure and it seems to be draining now and post nasal drip so my throat isn’t feeling the greatest (I get this every fall). Well I’m the one who is home with my babe all day and he breastfeeds but I’m paranoid I’m gonna get my babe sick and I’m also paranoid about how his breathing sounds. Has anyone else been sick and not passed it on to their little one? Tips or advice for this worried mama
