Worst pain ever

I’ve been having the worst pain I’ve ever had recently. It’s round ligament pain mixed with constipation and gas bubbles. At first I didn’t know what it was and I’ve had miscarriages before and it felt like that but I wasn’t bleeding. I was terrified because I just had an ultrasound Monday morning and they said the heartbeat was strong and the brain was starting to develop. After spending 5 hours in the ER they told me to take tylonal which I can’t even take cause I’m allergic to acetaminophen so now I’m in constant pain till the constipation and gas goes away. 😩😩😩😒😒 but at the top this little jellybean is worth it. It’s the first pregnancy I’ve had with a heartbeat. I am 8 weeks. ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕
