I’m between 7-9 weeks I’ve had three ultrasounds last one was last week and they detected a heart beat finally, but it was low only84 beats. The doctor wasn’t really happy with it but it was there. I started spotting last night and thought immediately this was it I’m going to miscarry. So I wore a pad to bed and I never bled all night I did have some slight cramping on and off. I did call my doctor and I’m going in today for an ultrasound I still have sharp on and off pains on my left side of my lower abdomen. It hasn’t gone on my pad or underwear only when i wipe occasionally I’ll get something like shown in the picture. This will be my second miscarriage in a year 😢
