Advice

I'm 11 days late, I came off my pill about 2 maybe 3 months ago.... I took a test last week and it was negative.... Kinda don't want to test again because in my head it'd be too good to be true that I'm pregnant, but another part of me is screaming test again because I'm 11 days late and I'm in my next fertile window!

I don't know what to do! I know the obvious answer is test again but it's so nerving lol! Advice of similar stories welcomed please!!!
