Ovulating a week early?

Is it possible to ovulate a week early? I’m not doing tests this month as I don’t want to try as hard, but yesterday evening I kept getting mild cramps , a bit like period cramps. They’d come and go. So was wondering is it possible someone could ovulate a week early 🤔 I’m not supposed to ovulate till the 4th 🤷🏻‍♀️ or is it just Normal to cramp threw out the cycle? Thanks.
