When did you start wearing makeup?

And I don’t mean like when you were a kid and pretending with your mom’s makeup. I mean regularly wearing makeup of your own.

I wear mascara and maybe eyeliner if I’m going ~out~ but otherwise just some chapstick :)

I never wore any until I started getting acne really bad around 13/14, and so my mom let me wear foundation and mascara. Did this for a couple years and then slowly started having fun with all the other makeup!

I started wearing eyeliner and some eyeshadow in HS. But the whole shebang wasn’t until a few years ago in my mid twenties. Still now at 27 it’s not a regular thing and I don’t really feel good at it.
