I was cheated on by an ex years ago and he gave me chlamydia. 
Never in a million years do I think I would ever get an sti or std because I am Careful. 
I get checked regularly now because I’m so insecure about it happening again 😔

HSV-1 & 2 is living in just about everyone.. doctors don’t really test for it because of how common it is & is only an issue when you have an outbreak. If you have cold sores, canker sores.. you have HSV..

I've never had one personally, but I did get a horrible yeast infection so bad that my vagina bleed for days and the medication didn't work. I actually got admitted to the hospital for 2 days because of it.
All because of ANTIBIOTICS, ANTIBIOTICS FOR STREP THROAT 🤦🏼‍♀️😭

I was messing around with a younger guy when I was in my early 20’s. I had no symptoms, or so I thought. 1 day I couldn’t take my cramps I HAD to go to Urgent Care, I thought there was something seriously wrong in there! I got a call about a week later asking me to come in regarding some of the bloodwork and the Pap smear they did. I went in scared to death and the lady pulled me into a private room and told me I had Chlamydia. I wanted to DIE!! I cried so hard, I was not the girl that messed around without a condom so wtf happened! Well..I’d only been w/ 1 person so I took him down there and sure enough he gave me a gift I thought I’d never get and DEF not 1 I intended to ever get again! I made sure he did what he had to do, I took my meds and got retested after 2 wks and was clean. Thank heavens it was a curable STD!! I’ve been married for 12 years now but before we slept together we both went to the dr. He’d been with sluts and he knew my story so we did it together. Even though I know he’d never cheat on me, I still get tested once a year!
