Allergic reaction?

So embarrassing but need advice. I’m severely allergic to penicillin and to avoid all -cillains and my boyfriend has been on a heavy dose of amoxicillin 3x a day for just over a week. We had sex today and I didn’t even think about it but now I’m having severe cramping, nausea, slightly light headed, chest heaviness and coughing as well as a tight, itchy throat. Should I go to the ER or just wait it out?
