I’m confused.. tech only saw thickened lining of uterus when I think I was 4.5-5 weeks pregnant 3 days later I had my hcg levels tested and it was 3,075 and again 72 hours later, 8873 . Am I for sure pregnant?

You are just too early for them to see anything on an ultrasound. Idk about everyone else’s doctors but mine won’t see me until 8 weeks because there’s usually not much to see if you go in too early.

According to google at an hcg level of 1000-2000 you should see a gestational sac. And given then hcg doubles every 48 hours, you may have been just under the hcg threshold when you had your ultrasound. OR it’s an ectopic. I’d definitely want another ultrasound to prove it’s intrauterine.
