PayPal!!

I tried to buy some products off of bath and body works website this morning and when I tried to pay for it, I used my PayPal like I always do when I online shop, to be safe. 😒 So as I was paying it said error. But I got notifications from my actual bank app that the money was taken out multiple times, so now my bank is in the negative. I didn’t get a notification or receipt in my email from bath and body like I normally would. So I went back on the bath and body site to see if the order went through. So basically it showed no orders and I called and they said they had no order on file either. So I called PayPal to ask them to cancel the pending amounts from B&B and they said it shows that no money has been moved. But it’s show on my Navy federal bank account which is why Its in the negative. Has this happened to anyone? so Do i have to just wait for a few day and the pending transaction will go back in my account? Because the order basically doesn’t exist on Bath and Body works end and PayPal said everything will be fixed when it processes, how the hell can an order that doesn’t exist process! And navy federal said they can’t do anything until PayPal goes through.
