Possible tmi

So I’m 31+2 days my baby is measuring 33 weeks. Well everytime I go pee or use the bathroom my privates seriously swell up and feel like they are gonna fall out. I don’t remember this happening with my first at all. I don’t have any infections or any of that either. But it’s so swollen when I just pee it’s hard to wipe but if I lay down it goes back to normal? Is this normal? My ob closed at 12 today and doesn’t open back up until Tuesday morning so I didn’t know who else to ask. L&d didn’t pick up when I tried to call.
