Need a little advice

I just started working at farmers insurance. I’m not used to not knowing what I’m doing or not understanding things. I’m not used to being new.

It’s so frustrating since I haven’t been given any real training. I will in a month be taking some training class but I’m kind of expected to just understand and know everything. I’ve only been there 2 days and I don’t like it. Any one have any success stories similar to mine?
