Need advice

So I’m 26 weeks 4 days and I started dilating and having LOTS of Braxton Hicks contractions. Doctor did a ffn test but it was negative so they don’t think that I will go into labor in the next 2 weeks. They are referring me back to the specialist to have regular cervix checks. Question is has anyone gone through this? Mind you I’m on the Makenna currently and it’s still not stopping this. Should I go back on my vaginal progesterone? I just need help. I had 8 recurring miscarriages before this and this is my super rainbow baby. I don’t want her born early.
