Back with another question about my mom tummy
So I really never did the diastisis recti text I just knew I had it because my lower stomach poked out so bad it looks like I’m 6 months pregnant. I’m following s group on fb and these exercises are really overwhelming! Learning how to breath correctly I literally gave up and considered sugary to fix my diastisis recti . Sitting her looking up the cost and stuff 😂 so I just now decided to see how big of a gap I have and I’m not sure if I’m doing this test wrong but if I’m not I have like a half or 1 finger gap . But why am I so big ? Can I possibly only need to start eating better ? Did anyone stomach look like mine and didn’t have the diastisis recti and just needed to eat better ?
