Sad relationship

Been with my SO for 4 years never broke up but we've had a small bumps. A big problem of ours has been his lack of attention towards me. We both have crazy opposite schedules so we barely get to even see each other. he recently told me "I spend my only days off with you. I dont have time to do anything" which is only for 2 hours total 3 times a week. He sees his friends almost every day to smoke. Am I wrong for feeling upset that I dont get enough time with him? Is the relationship dead? Asking for a friend 😔
