I need advice weaning/sleep training

My son currently still sleeps in my bed at night and nurses for his one nap and nurses to sleep. I have absolutely no idea where to start when it comes to weaning and getting him to sleep in his own crib. I desperately want to stop nursing and get him out of my bed. I’ve looked online but I see so much conflicting info and would love to hear from someone who has possibly had experience in the same situation.
