Does anybody have ashermans syndrome here? How are you dealing with it?

I had a missed abortion last September and a D&C in October because pain did not go away. Since then, my period has refused to come. I was diagnosed with ashermans syndrome in January but due to queues and appointment issue, i had hysteroscopy last month. No changes. My gynecologist wants me to do hysteroscopy again! Honestly I'm not in for that. Please does anyone have any idea how to deal with this? It's frustrating.
