Energy is D.E.P.LE.T.E.D!!
Is this normal?? I eat plenty of fruits and veggies about 3-4 servings a day, take my multivitamin, drink plenty of water and my energy is non-existent. I am only 5w starting today but holy smokes I can barely keep my eyes open. It's awful. Part of the reason is I am waking up earlier than usual, but I go to sleep earlier also to compensate for me waking up earlier. What can I do???
