Weird cycle

Hi all, I need your help please. Such a weird cycle this month and I need help sorting it out!!

I am now 8dpo and this morning I vomited completely unexpectedly with no other illness or issues.

Early in the cycle, day 11 I had a heavy spotting/smear and had light spotting at 1dpo. I don’t take my bbt so the ovulation day is not 100% actuate.

Do you think there could be an underlying issue like polyps or just wait until AF is due and see what happens?

Any insight is appreciated!!
