help!!!!

i’m 12w pregnant with twins. my vagina on the inside is very swollen. every time i go to the bathroom i feel like i’m peeing but it doesn’t smell like pee. and it trickles out when i push. it’s not really yellow either it’s more of a clear color. this has never happened before today. i can’t tell if i’m peeing or if it’s fluid coming out of my vagina. is this normal??? i’ve never had this happen before not even with my first pregnancy and i’m really scared that it’s fluid leaking out. i had an appointment yesterday and everything was fine!! i’m not cramping or anything else i just don’t know what i’m feeling. is it normal for my vagina to be so swollen? it feels like it’s bulging.
