Baby shrinking?

This first picture was about a month ago and the one in the yellow top was today I remember my belly being bigger at the start (not bloated) but now you can hardly notice it. Also I didn’t feel my baby move for about 3 days but he kicked today🤷🏼‍♀️with my first I was a lot bigger than I am now at 5 MONTHS!! And he was a lot more active. Also I found out I have a bruise on my placenta. My next appointment isn’t u till October and they are fully booked until half way through September? Any thoughts on what’s going on or is this normal?
